David Shamansky 04/07 President of JWDirect, file's lawsuit against Westcore / Mack-Cali in their role for "claimed" defamation of character and violation of federal bankruptcy protection. According to paperwork, Mack-Cali, which was bought by Westcore, was officially notified of the Federal Bankruptcy Protection and Filing by David Shamansky and JWDirect on or about 03/07.

 

The suit claims while being properly served defendent proceeded to violate bankruptcy protection and violated the plaintiff's rights by not only prohibiting them from clearing out their belongings, which included individuals private and personal information, from the space leased but also jeopardized and defamed the personal character of David Shamansky. In addition, Shamansky claims, to the defamation of his character the potential harm done to innocent consumers from these irresponsible and negligent actions should be delt with swiftly and severely to ensure they send a strong message to others and deter them from happening to anyone else.
